When working in the kitchen, sometimes it seems that there is never enough countertop space to get everything you need done. Especially when cooking for the family or trying to make Christmas dinner, things are stacked or just laid on the dining room table awaiting their turn until I am able to get to everything. Gina of The Shabby Creek Cottage built a kitchen island to solve this dilemma.
