I’ve been “Framed” (By Mrs. Sawdust, with a Nailer, in the Powder Room)
I’m making progress in the Powder Room. Just when I started to feel comfortable with the Open Bathroom Policy!
First I tore out the closet. Then I tore out the tub.
Then I took out the extra door.
Framed that in and tore all the drywall off another wall.
It absolutely ALWAYS gets worse before it gets better!
Then I tore out that wall and reframed it for a pocket door.
And framed in the wall to close off the Powder Room. (The future “Coat Closet” is a surprise!)
That’s what I’ve been up to this week.
How did this “Living Room Coat Closet Tearout” turn into such a big project?
Muhahahahaha! 😉
And now you’re missing the sink and toilet too! It’ll be so worth it in the end.
It will be great once it is done! Have a great day!
It’s not getting worse … it’s DEFINITELY better … even in the rough framing stage!
All this because of a Christmas tree. LOL
I don’t think that it would have been such a big job…if your house made any sense. It will eventually, after you tear it all out and rebuild it one room at a time. lol I thought you were looking for something with a little less work to be done. I guess you just can’t help yourself. I wish I had 1/2 of your awesomeness!
