House Tour – Playroom
Moving this tour on down to the basement. Get to the bottom of the stairs, turn right…welcome to the Playroom!

The first project I built in here was the shutters. (Vinyl is from Target.)

Then I built a Playhouse facade on the closet. The inside of the closet has cork board panels so you can hang artwork…or whatever.
The playhouse has a hinged roof for extra storage.

Then I built a storage wall.

M and I built that castle doll bed together. Good times…back when it wasn’t -10 in the garage.
Here’s the playroom from the adjoining Game room. There were going to be some curtains…
But that’s something the next owners can decide!
Miss some of my Illinois House Tour? Come on in!
I love your home. So many great ideas. I showed some on my blog today.
*wow* this is amazing! I am eyeing over you toy storage cubby wondering if I can do it. Hope your day gets better. 🙂
Ah, the playhouse closet. 'Twas what brought me to you in the first place. (Meaning, that was the first post I ever read of yours way back when). Happy sighs.
The play room is, of course, awesome. But I want to know about your floors. Is that the same floor that's in your upper levels? What wood is it and what color is it?
My favorite Room! ahhh to be young again! 😉
