Just for fun (or not)
When we went camping in the rain, Brody spent a bit of time wrapped in a towel in my arms seated by the fire because he was shivering. I’ve never seen a dog shiver before. So we decided he needed a sweater.
But Madison was shopping with me so we didn’t stop with one simple, soft fleece sweater.
No!
We were at Ross and they had a bunch cute little doggie shirts and sweaters for $5 … and that girl talked me into getting a few. And then insisted on a fashion show as soon as we got home. And because we’re a sharing kind of family, I couldn’t let THIS go unshared!

Ummm?

Arrrgh you’ll walk the plank if you don’t give me that treat!
Cute little “Pumpkin”
My nickname for Madison AND Brody (is that wrong?)
I never thought I’d put my dog in clothes. But then, I never thought I’d HAVE a dog — or fall in love with a dog, so my world is full of SURPRISES!
Madison thinks it’s great fun dressing Brody up in these things.
Brody…I’m not so sure. But he loves us so he doesn’t say anything!
Marcie that poor little guy you found on the highway. Makes me sad. But they you saved him. You’re a saint! We didn’t rescue Brody but Maya is a rescue and we love her too.
Now you have me thinking! LOL
Brody is so cute! My Jack Russell just LOVES his clothes! I wasn’t the type of person to put clothes on a dog either until it became obvious the poor little guy was C-C-C-O-L-D! He likes fleece sweatshirts best. We live where the winters are snowy and cold, so it helps to keep his fur warm and dry when he goes out. Which is a huge plus when your dog likes to sleep on your bed!
You can tell just looking at him that he is a really sweet dog! No wonder you fell in love with him! Great sweaters! 🙂
Well, who could not fall in love with your Brody! What a cutie pie, and so patient with his wardrobe switches. I walk a small dog who loves her fleece hoodie, but hates her sweater type garments. I think they are too snug, and maybe twist/irritate her fur?? My compliments to your reader, Marcie, who not only rescued a dog, but went so far as to find him a forever home. Way to go. You, too, will be rewarded someday.
