I want your house! Especially your kitchen. Kitchens are my favorite. We bought our house "ugly" as well and people are so surprised what some paint and a little hard work can produce. You are an outstanding carpentar! How did you learn it all? Really gorgeous house, wish I was buying, but Utah is a bit far away 😉

Sandra, did you use gloss paint on your wainscotting and cabinets? Your hallway wainscotting looks so shiny.
