Ask Sandra – 3

Ask Sandra 3

This week on Ask Sandra…

I wasn’t able to answer some questions because the pictures have not been great.  If you are asking for help of design advice please make sure to use a good picture that shows the entire wall or space well.

I have plenty of ideas to go around –I just need to make sure I’m not talking about apples when what you actually have is oranges.

‘know what I mean?  😉

I am a little late with this, and I just watched the wonderful designs on youtube.
I would like to know if you had anyone to measure and help you with the cutting of the wood? I loved your closet design, and need help getting this done for me. May I ask what was the cost for that design? My walk in closet is big 14ft long and 56′ with steps. could you help me figure out how much and what I would need to get my closet like yours?

  2. I just wanted to mention what I use for dusting my walls….Swiffer. I know they are supposed to be for floors but our walls get dusty (not sure why) so I have a dedicated Swiffer floor broom that I use for my walls…the ones where you just attach the dry pads to. works great

  3. You make me laugh without fail. I just love you. I think next week’s Ask Sandra should be done Opera style, with the entire thing sung (sang? singed?). I forgot you have a beautiful singing voice until the end of this video!

  4. Cute video Sandra–you are getting GOOD at this. 🙂 Hey, Beckie (IC) has an entire tub dedicated to her tape measures. I laughed when I saw it on her post and told her I would be interested to know who has more. You would HAVE to have more! I mean you are the Sawdust Girl! Anyway…love your detailed response on the paint color also. So true and needs to be said.

Just had to say, as a born & bred Brit, that accent wasn’t half bad!

    1. Sweet! And it was just off the cuff…maybe if I practice it will be not bad at all! ? 😀

      1. Definitely! Your British accent is far better than my American accent. I’ve lived in the states for 18 years and still can’t do an American accent!
